Didi is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience, who has held various roles in Retail (jewellery and clothing), Legal, Corporate, Logistic, Printing, Lighting, FMCG, Export Credit Control and Hospitality (food preparation, compliance, management, kitchen set up, purchasing, etc…) since starting as a student in the cash office at OK Bazaars in 1983.

Didi has gained, amongst other,significant experience in credit management, staff policy and procedures, and business development, growth, practices and management. Continuing to grow a diverse financial and business services skill set, some of which includes:

  • Financial & Business Processes team leader, staff manager, mentor. Travelling Nationwide to train and assist team members.
  • Legal credit control, repossession, setting up payment agreements and debt collection.
  • Training newly qualified accountants on debtor and creditor and business paper trail processes.
  • Creating and collating business, legal, and logistic documents, manuals and policies.
  • Pastel & Sage accounting, and payroll. Cash book management.
    Processing regulatory payroll and Tax requirements. E Filing & U Filing.
  • Applying for and processing BEE documents and accreditations.
  • KPI preparation and implementation.
  • SARS export policies and documentation, ensuring compliance and appropriate filing procedures.
  • Liaising with border control and various compliance inspectors to facilitate the movement of goods across neighbouring countries and back to South Africa.
  • Writing business and employee user and process manuals and ISO documentation.
  • Learning, then training staff to operate in house accounting, paperless filing, stock control, and various business programs.
  • Designing and printing all business stationery, labels, company documents, including an exclusive contract to produce Air Waybills.
  • Designing and writing Company Profiles, Business Plans, Company Stationery and Contracts.

  • Marketing and Advertising accreditation and continued upskilling on Meta, Google and LinkedIn best practices and trends.

Didi is expanding her marketing and advertising skill set by studying AI, document, image, and graphic and digital design programs. Training in all Meta, Google and LinkedIn have to offer clients. While re-honing her skills as a photographer.
